YOU WILL:

  • Enable our Enterprise clients to achieve their AI/ML objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Drive adoption and conduct business reviews
  • Identify growth opportunities, address account health and influence CS strategies

YOU HAVE:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • A good understanding of AI/ML concepts
  • The ability to communicate value to enterprise clients
  • Experience working with a technical audience (data scientists)
  • Knowledge of the MLOps landscape
