Job Summary

A company is looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create engaging thumbnails for video podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design branded thumbnail templates in Photoshop for YouTube video podcasts
• Create three thumbnail variations per episode based on producer briefs
• Collaborate with producers to iterate designs based on feedback from internal and client teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails that perform
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
• Strong eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and design for conversion
• Experience following and adapting brand guidelines
• Comfort working with project management tools
