We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, and flexibility. You’ll be responsible for account maintenance, financial reporting, funds management, and tax preparation, all while honing your communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures and prepare respective financial reports, including reconciliations of various G/L accounts
  • Post standard and non-standard journal entries, with emphasis on simplifying or eliminating entries and improving processes
  • Support annual internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, and financial statements
  • Supervise and train direct reports
  • Responsible for preparing consolidated accounts and reporting expenses under appropriate subsidiary
  • Help define, document, and execute proper internal controls
  • Prepare quarterly and annual cash flow
  • Responsible for appropriate month- and quarter-end accruals
  • Perform financial analysis and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Recommend improvements to current accounting processes to enhance and streamline the department
  • Prepare documentation and other necessary information as required for completion of financial audits
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA a plus
  • 6+ years of public accounting or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements, account analysis, and accounting policy
  • Large ERP system experience (we use NetSuite) as well as advanced ability in Excel
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, iOS, Google Workspace a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as a team
  • Quick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challenges
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task and a high sense of urgency
  • Fosters teamwork across the organization with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative environment
  • Passion for driving and delivering results and delivering constructive change
  • Highly flexible with an entrepreneurial mindset

$120,000 - $145,000 a year
