Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to support client-side activities related to Workday Time & Attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Workday Time & Attendance
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with Workday capabilities
- Define and communicate system specifications to technical teams and implementation partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday Time & Attendance
- Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
- Workday certification
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
