A company is looking for a Workday Administrator to support HR and Finance technology through system enhancements and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, and Learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage system enhancements
- Build custom reports and support Workday release testing and user adoption
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience
- Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules
- Familiarity with HR or Finance operations (2+ years in a related environment)
- Workday certification or training is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
