Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator to manage loan processing and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting
• Collaborate with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC's, and title companies
• Gather and submit loan conditions for approval and ensure confidentiality of client files

Required Qualifications

• Previous mortgage processing experience required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
