Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Specialist - Vascular Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of nursing practice through clinical judgement and collaboration
• Analyze and evaluate data to ensure patient-centered, safe, and effective care
• Design strategies and interventions to optimize outcomes for patients, nurses, and systems

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; DNP or PhD preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Nursing Certification or related professional certification required within one year of hire
• Five years of experience with the assigned patient population
