A company is looking for a Warranty Administrator (PT) to manage warranty processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and finalize warranty orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and update warranty information in SAP, and prepare necessary documentation
- Act as a liaison between sales representatives, internal departments, and customers regarding warranty inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Experience in customer service or administrative support
- Familiarity with SAP or similar software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills
