- Own global talent strategy from workforce planning to succession
- Lead and coach HR Business Partners to act as strategic partners to the business

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with global leadership in Talent Acquisition and HRBP functions
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce of approximately 1,000 people
- Proven ability to inspire, influence, and deliver results
- A builder's mindset with the capability to scale programs globally
