Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Embed customer insights into company-wide decision-making and align with Sales, Product, and RevOps
- Define success metrics and translate insights into strategies that improve customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles, with 5+ years in large SaaS or edtech organizations
- Proven track record of high NRR performance and customer satisfaction improvements
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate strategically at all levels
- Experience in building scalable processes that align CS strategy with growth goals
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and performance management frameworks
