Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles, with 5+ years in large SaaS or edtech organizations
  • Proven track record of high NRR performance and customer satisfaction improvements
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate strategically at all levels
  • Experience in building scalable processes that align CS strategy with growth goals
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and performance management frameworks
