Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Clinical Monitor – II (Associate) to join our pharmacuetical client in Rahway, NJ. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.
Pay: $75.00 – $85.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule: Part time role up to 15 hrs /week, contract position, 100% remote.
Description
Scope of Services:
The Veterinary Medical/Safety Monitor will collaborate with clinical study teams providing quality review over study data, and monitoring studies to support regulatory approval of new company animal products. These studies are conducted according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
Responsibilities:
• Functions as Safety Monitor reviewing Adverse Events (AEs) in clinical studies.
• Medical coding for multiple studies.
• Assist with reporting Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) to Regulatory Affairs (RA)/Pharmacovigilance (PV).
• Consult on other AEs and medical issues that arise with the study.
• Write SAE summaries.
• Assist in authoring and reviewing Final Study Reports (FSRs), Stats Reports, and other reports.
• Review raw data to ensure quality and compliance per necessary data points.
• Participate in the preparation of the Study Documentation File.
Qualifications
Veterinary Medical/Safety Monitor
Education/Experience/Skills:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with several years of practice experience. No active license required.
• Previous clinical trial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Software:
• MS office suite(Word,excel,Powerpoint).
Personality:
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Excellent good communication skills both written and verbal.
Note:
• Part time role up to 15 hrs /week, contract position, 100% remote.
• Should be able to work anytime during the 9am-5pm EST work shift.
• Not looking for someone with active veterinary license.
• Not looking for someone who is working with animals currently.
