UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer to support the Department of Homeland Security through agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and guide the overall UX design process across Scrum teams
• Lead the development of wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs to visualize and validate design solutions
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product strategies and UX recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design
• 3-5 years of experience leading UI/UX design for large enterprise-wide development
• Strong understanding of complex data systems and multi-step flow processes
• Exceptional skills with standard UX software and a strong portfolio emphasizing various design disciplines
• Ability to explain designs with rationale rooted in user needs and business goals
