Summary 

The Marketing Manager at UNIFI Autism Care will lead our online presence and communication efforts. As a member of a small team, you will wear multiple hats, taking charge of building our brand, growing our audience, and driving results across various digital platforms. The position includes a range of duties including maintaining websites and managing our CRM, planning, designing and deploying digital marketing, posting regularly on social media, and designing and producing promotional materials. The post may include other responsibilities as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Website Management 

  • Update and maintain the company websites using WordPress. 
  • Create new pages, forms, email templates, and automation. 
  • Monitor site traffic and performance in search engines. 
  • Manage the CRM, including email campaigns, automations, forms, and landing pages. 

Campaign Management 

  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. 
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas, content, and images aligned with business goals. 
  • Analyze ad performance data and provide insights for improvement. 

Social Media Management 

  • Make regular posts on Facebook, YouTube, etc. about business activities to keep our audience engaged. 
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content (graphics, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform. 
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and trends to foster community engagement. 
  • Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance. 
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to grow and engage our audience across various platforms. 
  • Plan and oversee the content calendar. 

Video & Content Production 

  • Create and edit pictures and videos for marketing, social media, and education purposes. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current standards for common video platforms. 
  • Assist with planning and filming as necessary. 
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for video content to align with the brand's voice and messaging. 

General Marketing 

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitors. 
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including email campaigns, blogs, and promotional graphics. 
  • Assist with branding and creative strategy development. 

Promotional Material Creation 

  • Design print and digital materials such as brochures, banners, apparel, and other merchandise. 
  • Outsource production to printers and other fabricators to accurately render designs. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Strong knowledge of Wordpress website management. 
  • Proven expertise in digital advertising platforms and best practices. 
  • Proficient in creative softwares such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Indesign) or equivalents such as Canva, Affinity, Figma, Final Cut Pro etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Go-getter mindset with aptitude for problem-solving in all job aspects. 

 

Experience and Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.  
  • Background in patient acquisition and referral resource management.
  • Experience working in a small business or startup environment.  

 

Work Environment 

The Marketing Manager will work remotely but will be required to travel throughout Indiana. The ideal candidate can be based anywhere in the state, as long as they are able to travel to our centers across Indiana as needed for various in-person events, including center openings/ribbon cuttings, community events, and meetings with leadership.

While performing the duties of the position, the Marketing Manager must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds. 

 

Travel 

The Marketing Manager will occasionally travel for in-person meetings, conferences, or work-related business. Travel-related expenses can be expensed.
