Location: Lake Forest, CA

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

Job Description:

We seek a Part-Time Phone Receptionist & Office Assistant to manage incoming calls and assist with basic office tasks. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor who enjoys supporting a small, client-focused team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage basic calendar updates
  • Perform light office duties (e.g., filing, data entry, mail sorting)
  • Greet clients and visitors as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the team

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior office or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be located in or near Lake Forest, CA

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $25 per hour
  • 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (25 hours per week)
  • Flexible start time (e.g., 9 AM–2 PM or similar, to be discussed)
