We are looking for a commercially driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to make an impact. As our Account Executive, you will play a key role in meeting Trengo's revenue targets. You will be responsible for adding new customers to our ICP base, primarily focusing on outbound prospecting of mid and upmarket clients through email sequences, cold calling, AI-driven lead tools, and attending industry events.


You will manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and take ownership from first contact to signed contract. You will also work closely with our Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers, supporting multi-channel adoption before handing them over to our Customer Success Team. Currently, our market focus is EMEA, and we are expanding our engaged sales team to support this growth.

What your job looks like
  • Drive new business growth through structured outbound initiatives.
  • Understand our clients' needs and translate them into powerful demos by offering client-tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with our onboarding team to ensure smooth customer adoption.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and contribute feedback to Trengo’s roadmap.
  • Work closely with our Partner Management team to convert partner leads into customers.
  • Represent Trengo at industry events.


What you will bring to the role
  • You have proven outbound experience in B2B sales (SaaS/software sales experience is a plus)
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales.
  • You have experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.
  • You bring a driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic mindset with a passion for making an impact.
  • You are self-motivated and highly goal-oriented.
  • You take a customer-centric approach and thrive in a team environment.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
  • You are authentic and committed to helping Trengo grow internationally.
  • You know that the real sales game starts with a ‘No’.
