We are seeking a Lead Generation / Appointment Setter to help grow the company’s client base by engaging warm leads, responding to email inquiries, and following up on website leads and ads from Instagram and Google. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proactive in securing appointments, and have a customer-first approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads from email marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Engage and nurture warm leads from previous clients to promote the new membership program.
  • Reach out to potential customers from Instagram and Google Ads inquiries.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely responses.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for HVAC services and consultations.
  • Manage appointment bookings and send reminders to clients.
  • Keep track of scheduled maintenance appointments for membership program subscribers.
  • Educate potential clients about HVAC services and the benefits of the maintenance membership.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering basic HVAC-related questions (training provided).
  • Track interactions and maintain lead data in a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.
  • HVAC sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage potential customers professionally and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and scheduling tools (training provided).
