Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (L2C).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist originators in appointment setting and managing client databases
- Provide administrative support, including pulling applications and updating credit reports
- Act as a point of contact for customers and maintain relationships with referral sources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- No active MLO licensing required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
