Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (L2C).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist originators in appointment setting and managing client databases
  • Provide administrative support, including pulling applications and updating credit reports
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and maintain relationships with referral sources
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
  • No active MLO licensing required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
