A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst & Stock Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer equity programs, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including market research and audits
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards for compensation, benefits, and equity reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Equity Administration, preferably in a tech environment
- Solid knowledge of benefits compliance and compensation principles
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and equity management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- Certifications such as CEP, CCP, or CEBS are a plus
