Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues that require specialized knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers regarding their inquiries and obtaining feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product launches, features, and best customer service practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal is essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexible schedule availability including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
