Responsibilities

  • Moderate and review user-generated content in Slovak to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Promptly identify and take action against inappropriate content and user misconduct.
  • Compile reports on moderation activities for review and operational improvements.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users to foster positive online interactions.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and refine moderation guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to enhance moderation processes effectively.
  • Assist in translating user feedback and moderation practices for clarity among Slovak-speaking users.
  • Fluency in Slovak, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify user behavior patterns.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
