Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
  • Provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products and services to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues as necessary for further resolution.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers and provide guidance on product usage and features.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends or common issues to management for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in Nordic languages such as Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nordic and English.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks together.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, including CRM systems.
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to work in shifts as needed.
