Responsibilities

  • Assist Latvian speaking customers and content creators with inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Gather information to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or support-related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of online content creation platforms and digital media.
