Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to promote products, recover funds, and resolve support issues
- Implement targeted solutions to prevent product cancellations through outbound and inbound calls
- Collect outstanding balances due to the company from cancelled protection plans
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Schedule flexibility to support various calling hours
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
