Texas Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its Texas branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review necessary loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing while communicating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with Government (FHA/VA) and Conventional loans
• Familiarity with Point required; experience with BYTE is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
