A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant (Contract to Close).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage the collection of completed documents
- Provide support in preparing and submitting loan applications with necessary documentation
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring follow-up and answering inquiries throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Active MLO licensing required
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer service excellence
