Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telecommunications Site Leasing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of lease negotiations for telecom assets
- Conduct 25-30 daily outbound calls to engage property owners and present lease offers
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and achieve individual and team-based closing quotas
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications leasing, site acquisition, or commercial real estate negotiations
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, easements, and rights-of-way for wireless infrastructure assets
- Track record of meeting or exceeding closing quotas in a sales or leasing environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software
- Ability to self-direct and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setting
