Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles in high-growth environments
• Experience coaching recruiters and improving team execution quality
• Operational excellence with managing recruiting tools and workflows
• Comfortable working with executives and distributed teams
