Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles in high-growth environments
- Experience coaching recruiters and improving team execution quality
- Operational excellence with managing recruiting tools and workflows
- Comfortable working with executives and distributed teams
