Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships related to onboarding, support, and product adoption
- Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client usage and value
- Configure the platform to meet client requirements and support the account management team in contract renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a business-related field
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML preferred
- P&C Insurance (Claims, Policy, Billing) experience required
- Project Management background with proven success in driving customer implementations is a plus
