Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader- Instructional Design to provide leadership and supervision to instructional design staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant providing technical advice and consultation to customer groups and stakeholders
- Develop mechanisms to evaluate training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the technical training and curriculum development staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
- Two years of experience with technical training or procedures development programs
- Two years of experience in customer service, contact center, or operations
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
- Healthcare experience is preferred
