Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients while maintaining clear communication
  • Ensure timely presentation of qualified candidates to clients and collaborate with recruiters on hiring needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
  • Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
