Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients while maintaining clear communication
- Ensure timely presentation of qualified candidates to clients and collaborate with recruiters on hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
