Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build relationships with educational institutions for internship programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to potential new school partners for internship programs
- Coordinate with local school administrators to execute Student Training Agreements and increase student internship submissions
- Train and onboard new school partners on internship processes and technology
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of total work experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in building relationships and managing partnerships
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
