Key Responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to potential new school partners for the internship program
- Coordinate with school administrators to support Student Training Agreements and increase student internship submissions
- Train and onboard new school partners on internship processes and technology
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of total work experience, with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong relationship management skills to build trust and collaboration
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
