Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to merchant customers through various communication methods
• Educate customers on PCI-DSS Compliance and assist with the online portal navigation
• Log calls accurately and manage call metrics while striving for first call resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
• Ability to work flexible shifts with strong schedule adherence

• Proficient with computer and email functionality
