Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Physical Engineer to provide technical support and leadership for substation design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of substation physical design deliverables and oversee engineering activities
• Provide technical support for clients and assist in business development initiatives
• Mentor team members and conduct quality reviews of engineering designs

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree may be considered as part of total experience
• Experience level varies from 0 to 5+ years depending on the position level (Engineer I to IV)
• Professional Engineer registration is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with NESC, IEEE, and relevant codes and standards
• Experience in creating and reviewing substation design drawings and using current software applications for design work
