Subcontracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Specialist to support programs and proposals in the National Security Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle subcontract activities, including proposal support, subcontract award, and post-award management
• Negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract terms and conditions
• Identify and resolve issues related to assigned subcontracts and provide recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with no prior experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to articulate statuses and issues to management and internal partners
• Experience with government-approved purchasing systems and knowledge of FAR and DFARS is preferred
• Active Security clearance is preferred but not required
