Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Telephonic Patient Support professional to provide remote clinical guidance and assistance to patients in specialized health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate telephonic support to patients regarding treatment programs and disease management
  • Conduct scripted medical screenings and follow protocols to identify clinical needs and escalate concerns
  • Accurately document patient interactions and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient engagement
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in FL, TX, GA, NC, PA, OH, IL, or TN
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Prior experience in telephonic patient support, case management, or non-clinical nursing administration is preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and virtual communication platforms
