Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor (Klinisch Psycholoog).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and video counseling and immediate support in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring confidentiality
• Refer clients appropriately to external resources or within the organization as part of a holistic approach
• Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in clinical psychology
• Registered with the psychologists' commission, with a clinical psychologist visa from FOD
• Ability to provide short-term clinical interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English
• Experience or training in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is a plus
