The Recruiter is responsible for performing talent acquisition functions, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and generating/extending offers.

What you'll do- Recruit for all roles within the company, including clinical, non-clinical, managerial, and corporate positions
- Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates by utilizing creative sourcing and networking strategies
- Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers, both virtual and in-person
- Maintain candidate profiles and job postings in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruiting events, both in-person and virtually
- Partner with leadership on offers, specifically as it relates to approvals, and the negotiation process
- Generate and extend offers to candidates upon approval
- Coordinate with HR Assistant to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Keep open communication with leaders in the field regarding talent acquisition process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, making offers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Work on other projects pertaining to recruiting as assigned.
What you'll bring- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field OR equivalent job experience
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced/high volume healthcare setting
- Must have hands-on, intermediate experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Administrative calendar management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Social media recruiting experience preferred
