South Carolina Real Estate Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Writer to join their in-house development team in a part-time contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain online course content related to real estate licensure and continuing education
• Collaborate with internal development and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Revamp the real estate course catalog and complete approximately 3-4 CE courses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Real estate license (broker or agent) or at least 10 years' experience writing for the industry
• Familiarity with professional training courses, licensing requirements, and CE standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong organization and time management skills
