Software Engineer 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer 3, Software Development & Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues within the RDK platform
• Write and maintain scripts using C and C++ for task automation and perform data analysis using Python
• Engage in proactive and reactive analysis of field issues, ensuring product quality and facilitating faster firmware release rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Two years of experience in scripting with C and C++, data analysis using Python, and troubleshooting embedded systems with Linux OS
• Experience with log management and system monitoring using Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Splunk
• Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, with at least one year of experience working with AWS
