Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social media projects from inception to completion, coordinating tasks across internal and external teams
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress and addressing issues
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or project management
- Expertise in project management tools, with Clickup experience preferred
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in social media or digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools; Agile project management knowledge is a plus
