• Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in social media engagement, especially on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
• Background in real estate, recruiting, sales, or community management is a plus
• Ability to track outreach and manage automation tools like ManyChat
• Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback quickly
