Job Summary
A company is looking for a Social Media Listening Analyst to monitor and analyze brand presence on social media and the internet.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regular cadence listening reports on social conversation and sentiment across multiple brands and platforms
- Synthesize data from various sources to create comprehensive narratives and actionable strategies
- Collaborate with the community engagement team to prioritize support for users in need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in research and insights
- 3+ years of experience in social media analytics and insights
- At least 1 year of dedicated social listening experience
- Expertise with social media tools, preferably Sprinklr
- Experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
