Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage service requests and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and emergency repairs
  • Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure effective communication
  • Monitor service requests and work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative role (1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and service management software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
