A company is looking for a Senior Web Content Strategy & Optimization Manager to lead optimization and growth efforts across their website.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the A/B testing roadmap, coordinating test timelines and stakeholders
- Plan, launch, and analyze website experiments to optimize conversion paths and user flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align test ideas and content strategies with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage and execute cross-functional web projects, including SEO and testing initiatives
- Hands-on experience with A/B or multivariate testing tools
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms; experience with headless CMS is a plus
- Experience with SEO tools and collaborating with SEO agencies or consultants
