Senior Vice President of Trust Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Fund Administration - Trust Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple ETF trust fund administration teams, ensuring effective coordination of all activities
• Lead the preparation and delivery of board materials and trustee reporting with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and transparency
• Oversee and coordinate all SEC regulatory filings, ensuring strict compliance with federal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in fund administration at a large mutual fund or ETF service provider
• Extensive experience in mutual fund/ETF client servicing and trust administration
• Strong accounting background with deep understanding of derivatives
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
