Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the experience vision for internal Sales and Order Management (SOM) in alignment with business and user needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, and XD partners to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences
• Deliver design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, journey maps, service blueprints, and design documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant design experience with strong UX expertise, including mobile-first and responsive design
• Proficiency in design-thinking methodologies and applying empathy to solve complex problems
• Expertise with Figma and design systems in fast-paced, agile environments
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing systems thinking and end-to-end product experiences
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence product direction
