Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Advanced Support Engineer to provide technical support for complex customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues using networking packet inspection tools and forensic log analysis
- Handle critical support cases for enterprise customers and coordinate cross-team communications
- Develop and execute automated customer simulations for troubleshooting and provide technical training
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen residing in the 48 Continental United States
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with packet inspection tools (e.g., Wireshark, TShark)
- 3+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with Netscaler or similar networking products
- Strong background in networking with exposure to relevant load balancing products
