Key Responsibilities
- Hire and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives
- Create situational playbooks and sales strategies to secure new deals and expand within the customer base
- Collaborate with Customer Success and GTM Enablement teams to enhance sales skills and drive account expansion
Required Qualifications
- Several years of relevant sales management and leadership experience
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing Account Executives
- Experience in coaching and developing high-performing sales talent
- 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in sales methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
