Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and spearhead technical projects across client, browser, and OS layers
• Support the infrastructure and architecture that enable core features, primarily using Swift and C++
• Design APIs that empower engineers to iterate quickly while collaborating closely with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client-side or C++ infrastructure environments with hands-on C++ development experience
• Experience with Chromium is a plus
• Proven track record of working on large, complex codebases and improving system maintainability
• Passion for building tools and systems that enhance engineer productivity
• Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles and 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone
